BEE is a waste of time and money

This post is a the product of accumulated frustration.  I am frustrated with the policy of black economic empowerment or broad-based black economic empowerment.  I am frustrated with the way it has been approached by those who it would benefit.  Mostly I am just frustrated.

    Well I think even worse of BEE. I take it as pure racism (just look at the name). I know I am a white south african, but I was too young to have had any impact on apartheid, one way or another, so why am I being punished for it?

    Yes there are plenty of people who were disadvantaged in the history of this country, but do we need to fight that by making even more disadvantaged?
