  • I am also on the brink of giving in but will fight with all I have before being bullied out of the company. They took in 2 new trainees who have yet to complete their diplomasand are paying them more than I am getting even if I have a higher qualification and I was told that my package was standard for new graduates. A hurtful aand unjudgement was made about my personality because no one bothered to ask me my vversion of events and believed I was lying and a senior member of the staff could never lie. I have had it with my manager always making sure that I do not get trained and all new people get his personal attention. He has manipulated policies to bring in eople he wanted in the company. Rugh times lie ahead but I have the strength
