I followed the suggested process at &lt;a href="http://www.macosxhints.com/article.php?story=20050706181449478" rel="nofollow"&gt;http://www.macosxhints.com/article.php?story=20050706181449478&lt;/a&gt; which worked out quite well.  While Entourage has its benefits, I am using Mail as my primary email app for the time being.
