    Great system you have!

    You miss two items

    - Calendar solution - I use google calendar Sync with iPhone
    - TODO list - I use remember the milk

    For windows users I would like to suggest my solution

    Wow! Excellent system! I'd agree with Shimon, you could add Google Calendar. As to RTM and Basecamp I think that they both can be replaced with just one app that is great for both tasks and project management.
