There is plenty of accounting for it when you consider that for many the ANC has not delivered any substantial difference to their lives over the past ten years.

I wasn't referring to the incumbent leadership. There is no excuse why the country hasn't been developed far beyond the point it is at now by the current leadership. That is still no reason to introduce a possible president whose election to the highest office of this land could well spell dark days for this country and even less development for those who support him.

This country needs new and inspired leadership not someone who loyally tows the party line, whichever party that may be.

hmmm... have to agree with Vincent on this one. In fact -- be careful because this is the exact line of argument the Apartheid regime followed... and I am sure you don't mean to be in that camp.
